Top Questions

What is the cancellation policy?

Three hour (3 hr.) notification is required for all canceled or changed appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of service fee.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment. Please call in advance to alert the staff, if possible.

Can you make a diagnosis or heal my condition?

No, our services do not replace medical care.

What should I wear?

It is recommended that you shower before receiving your treatment and that you undress for your spa services. Your therapist will leave the room as you undress and you will lay under a sheet on the table. Upon completion of the treatment, your therapist will again step out of the treatment room to allow you to redress. Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques. You may elect to receive treatments in your undergarments if you prefer. Please remove all jewelry before visiting the spa. If you have scheduled a Foot Ritual or Express Treatment, please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Can my teen get a massage?

Young adults must be supervised by a parent or guardian while participating in any one-on-one services.
Massage for children under the age of 12 is not recommended.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

All guests have not only the right, but also the responsibility to communicate openly with their therapist about their service during the treatment. Any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should first be addressed directly with the individual who is providing the treatment during the treatment.

If there are certain things you wish your therapist NOT to do such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen or scalp/hair, please communicate with your treatment provider.
