A Healing Art, Preserved

Thai bodywork is old enough that UNESCO protects it. The practice rests on a simple idea: energy moves through the body along lines called sen, and when those lines block, we feel it as tension, fatigue, and discomfort.

Our specialists work the whole body. They apply pressure with palms, thumbs, forearms, and feet, then add slow stretching that opens the hips, spine, and shoulders. Nothing gets rushed. The release goes deeper than a standard massage, and it lasts well past the session.

SILK is the sister studio to Silk Thai Therapy. Same lineage, same standard of care, a shorter menu built for this space, and a place inside Revel where centuries-old practice sits alongside everything else your body needs.

New Title

Thai massage offers profound relaxation for both body and mind, significantly reducing stress by enhancing serotonin and endorphin levels—your natural mood enhancers and pain relievers. This relaxation aids in improving sleep quality, helping you fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper rest.

Increase Mobility

Natural Pain Relief & Improved Mobility

Thai massage uses targeted movements and pressures to boost circulation, which enhances the delivery of oxygen and nutrients while expelling toxins from body tissues. It effectively alleviates muscle tension and chronic pain, including back pain, neck pain, and tension headaches. The stretching and deep massage techniques also enhance flexibility and mobility, ideal for those with sedentary lifestyles or joint stiffness.

Detox & Immune Boosting

Through deep tissue manipulation and precise pressure techniques, Thai massage stimulates internal organs and lymphatic drainage, boosting immune system functionality. These actions are crucial for detoxifying the body and enhancing overall health.

Meet Prapai "Mai" Somsri

Over a decade ago, I started on a mission to bring balance and wellness to people's lives through Thai healing modalities. I've seen firsthand how feeling better can change how we show up in the world, not just for ourselves but for everyone around us. That's why I'm so passionate about sharing these healing modalities, especially in areas where traditional Western medicine might not have all the answers.

There's something incredibly powerful about the human touch. It rejuvenates our bodies and lifts our spirits by creating a deep sense of connection. This year, I want to encourage you to embrace self-care. Nurture your body, mind, and spirit, and watch your life move in new directions full of positivity and light.

  • Do I need to be a Revel member to book?

No. SILK welcomes everyone. Members receive member pricing, but anyone can book with us.

  • How is SILK different from Silk Thai Therapy?

SILK is our sister studio, built for the Revel community. Same tradition, same standard of care, a shorter menu: three core services with add-ons available.  If you are closer to Denver or Boulder, we encourage you to visit a full Silk Thai Therapy studio, where you will find our complete range of Thai services.

  • What other services are available at Revel?

Revel Strength & Wellness brings strength training, clinical care, and recovery together in one building. Alongside SILK you will find The Gym, Apto Physical Therapy, and Yoga & Pilates, with a dry sauna, IV and hormone therapy, chiropractic care, and nutrition coaching on the way. Booking with us before or after chiropractic care or a training session works especially well. Bodywork opens the body up beforehand and helps everything settle afterward.

  • Is the sauna worth doing first?

If you feel tight, yes. Heat softens the muscles and fascia before we start, so you meet less resistance and get a deeper, more comfortable release. Twenty minutes does the job. Drink water before and after, and ask about adding it to your session.

  • Should I book before or after I train?

Both work, and they do different things. Beforehand, bodywork opens your range of motion. Afterward, it eases soreness and helps you recover. If you plan to lift heavy the same day, book after.

  • How long are sessions?

75, 90, and 120 minutes. We recommend a minimum of 90 minutes for full-body work.
